Entrance Requirements
At present, the Overseas Family College program has been suspended indefinitely, and no applications for admissions will be accepted until further notice.
To be admitted
to Overseas Family College, a student must
have earned a high school graduation diploma
or the equivalent, and fulfill the minimum
English language requirements. We admit
new students at the beginning of each semester
as shown on the Academic Calendar.
All applications will be reviewed to determine
eligibility for admission, and the final
decision on an applicant’s eligibility
for admission rests with the Dean of the
College. To confirm enrollment, applicants
need to pay a one-time nonrefundable registration
fee of SGD $1,000.00.
High
School diploma or equivalent
To be admitted to the college, a candidate
must have completed twelve years of combined
primary and secondary education. In the
Cambridge General Certificate of Education
(GCE) system this would be met by satisfactory
completion of the GCE "A" level,
or satisfactory completion of the GCE "O"
level plus two additional years in a general
studies program such as a polytechnic diploma
program.

English speaker; or |

Have scored 213 (550
paper-based) or higher on the Test
of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL);
or |
| 3) |
Have been a full-time
student at the secondary level or
above for at least three years where
English was the principal language

score from one of the following English
assessment tests must be submitted with
their application:
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)

the English language requirement within
a designated period of time if they are
to continue at the college. |
