In partnership with California State University, Dominguez Hills, the college provided the first two years of a U.S. bachelor’s degree program for overseas students in Singapore from 1997-2005.

The OFC program prepared students for transfer into the third year of a U.S. or Canadian university. All courses taught at the college had the same content and rigor as those at CSUDH.
